Before you start making an offer on a property you will need to know how much you can realistically afford to borrow and whether you meet the required Lending Criteria.

Not all Lenders use the same way of calculating how much you can afford, so working out your purchase price range is not an exact science! What this means is that some Lenders can offer to lend the same person more money than others.
