Introduction

FranchiseRaine & Horne commenced its business operations in Sydney Australia in 1883 by Tom Raine & Joseph Horne.

Since then the company has become one of the principal Real Estate companies, employing more than 4,000 people in over 400 offices across Australia. In addition our extensive International network continues to grow and now extends across several countries, including: Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Japan, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Thailand, Europe, United Kingdom and the USA.

To manage our dramatic growth we have developed procedures, processes and practices that form the foundations for our continued success in the industry.

We are also committed to keeping our offices at the forefront of innovation and technology to ensure that we keep them at the forefront of their chosen geographic market, and thus enable them to maintain a competitive and sustainable business advantage.

Some of these foundations are unique to Raine & Horne; in particular the fair and equitable distribution of commission fees following a successful sales process are distinctive to Raine & Horne, along with many other unique partnership initiatives.

Our Policy and Procedures manual covers the prerequisites that are required by our business and our partner franchisees. The Policies and procedures are clear and concise and promote an environment that suits all parties, they provide clear and concise policies to work within, and our supporting procedures and practices support each area of our business activity.

As we have grown in size and popularity we have increasingly required a clear, consistent and instantly recognisable public image, which can be associated with unrivalled levels of service in our chosen market.

Our Communications and Advertising policy covers the way in which we underpin our image as a leading service driven real estate company.

We know our franchises appreciate the level of detail supplied within our business system manual, which is not designed to be restrictive or prescriptive, but simply to supply the necessary ingredients that will allow our respective businesses to prosper and evolve in a way that is comfortable to all parties associated with our business.
