When we add your property details to our available lettings list, you can be sure that it will be promoted in local publications, on the internet, and in our office. We'll take photographs, arrange viewings and, when the tenancy ends, re-advertise the property at no extra cost.
We take care to locate the tenant you are looking for. As well as discussing whether you allow smoking, children, pets or shared lets, we can interview and assess prospective tenants on your behalf, and take up references via 'Lets XL', a professional, dedicated referencing company. At the end of your tenant's stay, we serve statutory notices, or can arrange extension tenancies upon request.
From the signed 'check-in' to the final 'check-out' and return of deposit, we take care of your property the way you yourself would, ensuring the property is maintained and rent is paid.
