Once you have found the home of your dreams, the hard work begins. If it seems to be priced correctly, consider offering the full asking price, you will be taken seriously. Raine and Horne's highly trained staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

BUYING AT AUCTION -
Before bidding at an auction there are things that you need to do -
Arrange a viewing of the property.
Research the property thoroughly and ask neighbours and local agents for any local information on the area and the property.
Carry out property and/or land searches.
Read any conditions that will be applied to the property, seek legal advise if necessary.
Ensure that you have a 10% deposit for the day of auction, when the contracts are signed you will have to pay the remaining 90% within 28 days.
Organise your mortgage with your bank or building society before buying at auction. You could lose your 10% deposit if you fail to complete within the contracted time.
